The Emerald is one of downtown Seattle’s newest condominium towers. Located at 2nd and Stewart, on the edge of the West Edge and Belltown neighborhoods, it is just steps from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Waterfront, and downtown’s commercial core.

The new tower has 262 condominiums, including penthouses located on floors 34 through 38. The entire 38th floor (the highest residential floor) is reserved for two residences—The Premier Level Penthouses: The Trillion and The Marquise.

The Emerald’s largest penthouse is The Marquise. Located on the southern half of the 38th floor, The Marquise features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across ~3,948 square feet and includes two parking spaces.

The residence has over 10’ ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing unimpeded panoramic views of Puget Sound, the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, and the surrounding cityscape. Finishes include wide-plank European white oak hardwood flooring, hand-selected natural stone slab countertops, custom wood cabinetry, Miele appliances and smart home technology.

The Emerald’s amenities include a full-floor rooftop club room with indoor and outdoor lounges and firepits, as well as a fitness center and pet spa located on the third floor.

The development has also partnered with the neighboring Thompson Seattle to offer owners curated food and beverage experiences, in addition to the option for secure, underground parking at the Thompson Seattle, complete with electric vehicle charging stations and 24-hour curbside valet service, seven days a week.

Another partnership has been established with Envoy to provide residents with a Tesla Model X and Model S on site that will be able to be booked by the minute, hour or day through a mobile app.

The Emerald is scheduled to open later this year.
