California real estate developer Wilshire Capital Partners is planning to build another South Lake Union Residential Tower.

Early preliminary documents filed with the city show that Wilshire plans to build a 24-story residential apartment high-rise tower, that will be home to approximately 250-units, ground level retail space and 85 parking stalls.

Wilshire bought the site for $4.1 million located at 403 Dexter Avenue North last fall.

Wilshire already has two other projects planned for the South Lake Union neighborhood- 26-story apartment tower (427 Ninth Avenue N) and a 7-story apartment building (525 Boren Avenue). Via Architecture is designing for all three.

No set date on when construction will begin.
