The Gridiron Condominiums in Pioneer Square present a unique fusion of the past and future with 107 contemporary condos situated atop the iconic Seattle Plumbing Supply building that was built in 1903. Gridiron Condos offers two color palettes in light and dark colors that are pre-selected. Features include stone and quartz countertops, insulated windows, walk-in closet, in-unit washer and dryer, premium appliances including gas cooking, hardwood flooring throughout. Floor plans include studios, urban one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and lofts. The two-story loft units can be found on the third and fourth floors. Most homes have 10′ high ceilings, 2-story lofts 16′ ceilings, and private balconies to those on floor 5 + 6.
