January 2023 King County NWMLS Market Update 📊⁣⁣⁣

📈 At the current rate of sales, it would take two and a quarter months to sell every home that is active in King County.

📈 The median sales price for King County was $732,000—up 0.42 percent from January 2022.

📈The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was up to nearly $804,000—a 1.74 percent increase from a year ago.

📈 There were 61 new condos listed, 42 pending, and 19 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
