NEIGHBORHOOD VIBE
Beacon Hill is a residential neighborhood located southeast of downtown that runs down to the southern border of the city of Seattle. Within Beacon Hill are four mini-neighborhoods: North Beacon Hill, Mid-Beacon Hill, Holly Park, and South Beacon Hill; however, all are generally regarded as Beacon Hill. A notable feature is the old PacMed Center situated atop its peak. Beacon Hill offers views of downtown, International District, Elliott Bay, First Hill, Rainier Valley and on clear days even Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains. Beacon Hill is also home to Jefferson Park where there is a golf course, hiking trails, tennis courts, and playgrounds.

Beacon Hill ranges from a busy, urban northern end and gradually grows into a more quiet and secluded residential neighborhood as you travel south. Beacon Hill is mainly single family homes, but there are apartments and condominiums as well.
