The Cal Anderson Park was designated as a Seattle Historic Landmark site in 1999. A stunning 11-acre open community hub includes tennis courts (with outdoor lights), basketball courts, dodgeball court, fountain, pool and reflecting pool, promenade paths, landscaping, plaza, a children’s play area, and a wading pool.

The Capitol Hill neighborhood is located directly east of Downtown on the other side of Interstate 5. Capitol Hill is the 9th most walkable neighborhood in Seattle with a Walk Score of 91 and is bikeable. Easily stroll to Denny Triangle, Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Financial District, South Lake Union, and Capitol Hill. It’s easy to get around the area with the Public Transit and Link Light Rail station.
