NEIGHBORHOOD VIBE

Leschi is a residential neighborhood located east of downtown on the shores of Lake Washington. This lakeside community has a casual, laid-back atmosphere with incredible views. Due to its proximity to I-90, this is a popular neighborhood for commuters to the eastside or downtown. There is a small business district along the junction of Lakeside Avenue and Lake Washington Boulevard where you can enjoy a meal and the view at restaurants like Bluwater Bistro and Daniel’s Broiler.

Cyclists and runners enjoy the lakefront and trails that interweave throughout the neighborhood and its parks. The hilly, 18.5 acre, Leschi Park is planted with exotic trees and gardens of roses. With a boat launch, this park can also be enjoyed by canoe, kayak or sailboat. Meanwhile, the 17.2 acre, Frink Park offers recreational trails among the woodlands.
