NEIGHBORHOOD VIBE
Madison Valley is a charming hillside neighborhood located east of Capitol Hill. There are numerous parks throughout this quiet neighborhood. At the intersection of Madison Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way is its growing business district with an eclectic mix of boutiques and restaurants. It has even been referred to as “Little France” due to the French influence among restaurants in the area.
Drivers and cyclists are connected to both I-90 and 520 via Lake Washington Boulevard. Before reaching the Montlake Bridge the boulevard will travel through the Washington Park Arboretum where you can explore its 230 acres of gardens, natural areas, and wetlands. The Arboretum has free admission and is open to the public from dawn until dusk.

Residents include single urban professionals and families with children. A community driven neighborhood that has groups participating in habitat restoration, babysitting co-ops, as well as neighborhood block parties. The neighborhood is primarily composed of single family homes, condominiums and apartments.
