This week Ashley and Jenni had the opportunity to view the new luxury condo project coming to West Seattle in early 2022 — Infinity Shore Club Residences. The 6-story, 37-unit condo project’s site is comprised of five waterfront parcels which took over 25 years to plan and assemble.
Residence configurations include 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,108- 2,382 square feet, many of which include large exterior terraces. Each residences also features high ceilings and NanaWall glass systems (foldable, nine-foot-tall walls of glass — creating seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces).
The open resort-inspired homes are outfitted with Miele appliances, gas cooking, quartz countertops, spa-like bathrooms with floating vanities, walk-in showers and large tubs.
Amenity spaces include a rooftop deck with views of Puget Sound, Alki Beach, Olympic Mountain and the Seattle skyline; a fitness center; residents lounge; sun-deck with infinity pool and heated spa; firepits and BBQs; kayak and paddle board wash stations; storage for bikes and recreational equipment; and a pet spa. Electronic vehicle charging will also be available for every residential unit.
The property will be managed by Columbia Hospitality, which also manages Escala, The Vine, Cosmopolitan, and the Emerald among others.
