The location is strategically and conveniently located next door to the future light rail station, which will allow for easy access to Downtown and South Lake Union.
Stream 403 apartmentswill be designedwith a modern aesthetic in mind, with the goal of preserving the neighborhoods current streetscape urban vibe. The exterior of the low-rise building will be designed with brick and natural cedar accents and will be home to open and spacious studios and 1-bedroom units. Each unit will have a private outdoor balcony.Common areas will include rooftop deck with magnificent views, and an indoor/outdoor landscaped courtyard at the ground-level.
The apartment project was designed by NK Architects. The project will be designed to LEED Silver certification.
