- Pointe3 Real Estate opened an office downtown Portland in the Pearl District offering the same suite of real estate & rental services offered here in Seattle. We are so excited to be in the heart of it all and expanding our team!
- Don’t forget to pick up this month’s Seattle Met Magazine for a special feature on our rental market provided by myself and colleague, Kim Reidy! (pages 80, 81 & 84)
- Seattle Rental Group launched a NEW website, and expanded both leasing and rental finding services. Ask for details on our Property Watch service for condominium owners and our FREE Apartment Search for renters.
- Come June 9th, there will be a few changes to the Washington Landlord Tenant Laws as it relates to tenant screening, evictions and the return of security deposits. Seattle Rental Group has made the appropriate modifications in the leasing process and lease agreement to reflect the new laws.
- Rental Registration Reminder: Come December 31st 2016, ALL 1-4 unit rental properties in Seattle will need to register with the city. Let me know if you have questions.
